Mothering Sunday has been a very busy time here at Clowance.
We were busy from the 12th of March, starting off with a big order of 1500 bunches of English Tulips, 300 bunches of Gurnsey Freesia and 700 bunches of local Alstromeria to a local customer in Truro.
Joi and Chloe, our inhouse Florists had a major week, what with 180 flowers by post orders to do by Thursday before they could even think about Mothers Days Bouquets.
It was a real team effort at Clowance. Ross and James had a busy week on Van sales , even going out on the saturday to top up all the florists shops.
Clive and Tommy were busy with all the bunching for all the shops.
Ferry fast put in two major orders for bouquets and mixed bunches, over 20 boxes ordered.
our direct sales to florists all over the country went well.Tuesday was the main packing day for wednesday delivery.
All our week 12 plants arrived late from Holland, which was good as we didnt have time to plant them any way! so will be planted this week.
We have a bed of Ageratum , a bed of trachelium, 2 beds of Sweet william and 2 and a half beds of stock to plant!
Our two main flowers we are picking at the moment are Freesia, Alstromeria and Anemones.
